Buah ngaku ?
I don’t know how to translate into English even Chinese for this BUAH .. hehe
But the only thing I knew is it’s very nice tasted ^^
Yeap I went to aunty’s new house on the evening as my cousin planned to “fry ngaku” today ..
It was the first try as well as good try ^^
Let’s show some instructions of doing ngaku ….. haha
First, slice the buah ngaku …. And immerse it in the salt solution for hours =)
Second, fry the ngaku pieces lar… but there is another way of making the ngaku tasted, which is add some salt into the oil… if you do this then you should skip the first step.. if not it will become “very xian ngaku” loll~
Thirdly, the very important step ! oil absorption... haha
Forth, cool the fried ngaku before packaging…
Fifth, packaging ..
Sixth, of course !!! EAT lorh !!!! ^^
