muffins day XD

yeah something filling the colours of my day ........

i did the chocolate and white coffee muffins today =)

so sweet...... my desire to make cake fulfillED finally hahaa ...

although it's muffin and not the cake ..

this is the first time i do muffins and it was a success too !!!!

don't jealous ahaa ...

of course i had been fail to do chocolate cookies before hehee ....

but, don't worry it didn't worse much and it still can put into da mouth... =)

my pre-2 shao, sista and me went to the cake shops to buy the cake flour..

and then we went to the econsave the megah to buy all stuffsss ..............

after prepare all the things ed 3smt...

while xiao yun doing the white coffee flavour, i am doing the chocolate flavour muffins ...

i like all the process of making cakes but the most, is da decorating period..

i can do whatever i love and whatever i think !!

doing the muffin is an easy task indeed..

so i can do it successfully =D

people who would like to make cake is recommended to try muffin first ^^

the ingredients need to be prepared -

3 eggs, 100ml water, 120 grams butter, flour, any decoration stuffs =)

the step of making muffins :

1. mix thoroughly the eggs, flour and water.

( use dense chocolate drinks to displace water if u want to do that flavour. )

2. put the butter in and then mix it.

3. the mixture is now can put into the small cup as u want.

4. before insert into the oven, must turn 200 celcius and acclimatised first.

5. after that put into the oven and bake for 18-20 min.

6. the muffin is done.

everyone praise the cake but not praising mie....

hahaa.. and they said white coffee nicer than chocolate O.O

but nevermind, my chocolate muffin also same same taste good nia XD
